Week 4

This week in class I had a lot of fun beginning to draw and use all of my materials. I have learned that id o has some artistic abilities. The difference is more clear to me now that I have actually drawn them how big of a difference between symbols and an actual drawing that was done through observation and looking. Learning how to use the materials and the different ways to use water colors will be helpful in the classroom.  I remember being young and trying to make things work for my paintings and getting very frustrated with my water colors and them running and mixing into each other and making the grossest colors on my paper. With these new techniques I will be able to help my students feel less frustrated with art. I also am realizing more and more the importance of observing and looking closely at the picture and using them to draw. Picture I never thought I could draw I was able to by closely observing and looking at a picture.
